Indovia began with a simple observation: talented healthcare workers were being held back not by skill, but by paperwork, language barriers and bad advice. Agencies took fees and vanished. Language schools taught grammar but not the words you need on a ward.
So we built the thing we wished existed. One organisation that teaches you German from your first word, prepares your recognition file, negotiates your contract, and is still answering the phone six months after you land in Frankfurt.

A classroom of nine
We started as a small German language centre, teaching A1 to nurses who had been turned away by agencies for not having the language.
2019
First hospital partnerships
Three German hospitals agreed to interview our graduates directly. All nine candidates from that first cohort were placed.
2022
Recognition desk opens
We brought the Anerkennung paperwork in-house, so candidates stopped losing months to rejected document sets.
2024
Au Pair and FSJ routes
Added pathways for candidates who were not yet qualified nurses but wanted a legitimate route into German healthcare.
